1. What this site is

BagsCrafters ("we", "us", "our") operates this website as a discovery and information site for our handmade leather goods — bags, belts, duffels, thigh and fanny packs, and golf accessories. This site does not process orders, payments, or checkout of any kind. Every product listing, price, and purchase happens on our Etsy shop, and clicking "Buy on Etsy" (or any similar link) takes you directly to that listing on Etsy.com, where Etsy's own Terms of Use govern the sale, payment, shipping, and returns.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. No transactions on this site

This site never collects payment information, never takes orders, and never has a real shopping cart. The "Favorites" list you can build while browsing is a personal shortlist saved only in your own browser (see our Privacy Policyfor how it works) — it does not reserve stock, place an order, or send anything to us. Saving an item to Favorites does not create any contract between you and BagsCrafters; a purchase only happens once you complete it directly on Etsy.

3. Product information

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and details accurate and current. Even so:

• Every piece is made to order — production timelines are estimates, not guarantees of instant availability.
• Genuine leather varies naturally in grain, texture, and color from piece to piece; no two items are identical.
• Photography, lighting, and your screen's own display settings can affect how a color actually looks in person.
• Where a listing's photos include props (tees, balls, and similar items), only the case, holder, or bag itself is the product — props are not included.
• Live pricing and stock availability are controlled entirely by Etsy and can change independently of what's shown here.

4. Contacting us

Our contact form lets you send us an enquiry (custom orders, corporate/bulk requests, general questions, and similar). Submitting the form does not create an order or a binding agreement — it's a starting point for a conversation, and any custom or bulk work is only confirmed once we've agreed on the details with you directly, separately from this site.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photography, layout, and BagsCrafters name and logo on this site belong to us unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This site uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

6. Site availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date with what's live on Etsy — listing data shown here is refreshed on a regular cycle, not instantly. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site; any actual purchase, payment, and delivery issue should be raised with Etsy or resolved through your Etsy order directly.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
