Handmade to order — small workshop, made to last.

BagsCrafters ("we", "us", "our") operates this website as a discovery/information site for our handmade leather goods. This site does not have user accounts, does not process payments, and does not run any analytics or advertising trackers. This policy explains the small amount of data the site does handle, and where the rest goes.
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter — your name, email address, shipping address (only if you provide one), your message, and any reference photos or files you choose to attach. This is sent by email to our own business inbox; it is not stored in a database on this site or anywhere else. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a custom or bulk order with you.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention check. As part of running that check, Cloudflare processes some technical information from your browser (like your IP address) under its own privacy policy — we don't see or control that part of the process.
The bookmark or "Save to Favorites" feature stores the listing IDs you save in your own browser's local storage only. It never leaves your device, is never sent to us or to any server, and we have no way to see what anyone has saved. Clearing your browser's site data, or using a different browser or device, will clear or not show that list.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of our own. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Every "Buy on Etsy" link and every product's real price, stock, and checkout happens on Etsy.com, not here. Once you follow one of those links, Etsy's own Privacy Policy governs any data you give them — payment details, shipping address for that order, account information, and so on. We never see or receive that data.
Contact-form emails stay in our regular business inbox for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or order, the same as any other business correspondence. We don't sell or share your information with third parties, other than the service providers already named above (Cloudflare, for spam prevention, and our email/hosting provider, to deliver the message) who need it to make the site and form work.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have a past enquiry's data deleted, email us at contact@bagscrafters.com.
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
